Sharon has studied and completed coursework in real estate practices, finance, and law in order to obtain her license. Sharon has had extensive training & expirience in subdivision development & sale. While Sharon specializes primarily in residential real estate, her years of expirience include 1031 tax deferred exchanges, investments of muli-family & apartment housing, as well as bare land purchases and sales.
Sharon enjoys working with buyers and sellers in all price ranges and welcomes the task of designing a "cutting edge" marketing program for your executive home, negotiating the sale, or providing skills to complete the often needed research through state and local agencies to consummate a real estate transaction.
Sharon is a member of "The President's Circle" at Coldwell Banker Morris Real Estate, & received the Award of Professional Excellence in 1994, while consistantly maintaining a multi-million dollar volume of sales/production each year.
